Our bands are made from a cotton blend with spandex for a super comfy, stretchy fit, with terry lining for extra durability and a compression arch to hug your foot. Our signature non-slip pink Oprine dots will work as hard as you do each workout. 

We recommend wearing:

• XS for women's sizes 5 to 6 AU
• S/M for women's up to size 8 AU
• M/L for women's size 8.5 to 10.5 AU

We also offer MENS sizing in a few unisex styles, which suits One Size Fits Most.
